Amaranth Fights Diabetes

     The members of the Order of the Amaranth have supported research to find a cure for diabetes since 1979. We are pleased to work with the American Diabetes Association Research Foundation as our ever-increasing donations fund block grants to several researchers seeking the inevitable cure.

     The 14,855 members of the Amaranth Diabetes Foundation, Inc. spend thousands of hours annually raising funds to fight the disease and are proud to be a part of the on-going effort to find a cure for a disease that touches so many.

2021-22, Amaranth raised $481,800 for diabetes research, surpassing the $17,000,000 mark in total money raised.

​From our ADF President, H.L. Charlene Tucker. 

I am excited to announce that a direct link has been created that we can place on our webpages for individuals to make a donation to support our research grants. This link goes to the ADA, however they are able to send out a monthly report to the ADF with the names of individuals who have used the link. In addition, the donor receives a thank you letter and a receipt for their records.

Your Grand Court will get credit from anyone who donates through the link in your state. We are currently seeing donations from individuals who have used the link at the ADA and they have gone to our page and donated. This extra money will be added to your milestone donations so this is truly a win win for everyone.
